§ 4. Responsibility for the content of the service
4.1. The person responsible for the content of the service (publication director, directeur de la publication) is Patryk Dominik Pusch, member of the management board of DOLLABROS sp. z o.o., address as in § 1.
4.2. Answers given by the AI assistant in the chat window are generated automatically by a language model and may contain errors. Binding information about the service is contained in the Terms of Service and the Pricing page.
§ 5. Hosting
5.1. The service is hosted on the servers of:
OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, tel. +33 9 72 10 10 07 (https://www.ovhcloud.com).
5.2. The servers are located in a data centre in Germany (European Union).
§ 6. Point of contact (Digital Services Act)
6.1. The single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and for recipients of the service (Article 12 of that Regulation) is the e-mail address: hello@flowhelp.ai.
6.2. Contact is possible in Polish and English.
6.3. You can report content you consider illegal to the same address. The rules for receiving and handling notices are set out in the flowhelp Terms of Service.
§ 7. Dispute resolution
7.1. The flowhelp service is intended for businesses. The company does not participate in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution proceedings before an authorised entity (consumer arbitration board) and is not obliged to do so.
§ 8. Documents
8.1. The rules for using the service are set out in the flowhelp Terms of Service (including the agreement on the processing of personal data), and the rules for processing personal data and using cookies in the flowhelp Privacy Policy. Both documents are available on https://flowhelp.ai.
8.2. The Polish version of this notice is binding. Versions in other languages are translations; in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
